This is one of my favourite Mini models. Could never find anything out about the Rover Associates Model Car Collectors Club. Anybody heard or know of them?

Thanks for resurrecting this thread as I seem to have missed it last year.

That’s some collection of Mini’s Paul, impressive to say the least.

I have a collection of Franklin Mint Rolls Royce from the first 2 cylinder one, can’t remember the model number then the first Ghost, a copper bodied boat tail Ghost then the last Ghost. I also have the 1929 blower Bentley.

On other makes I have the large scale Jaguar XJ 220 and an XF, The Danbury Mknt James Bond Aston Martin DB5 with all the toys on it including ejector seat, a Mustang Convertible to remind me of the one we had on hire in Florida.

Sitting in the boot of my SD1 Vitesse is a host of models, around 20 produced by Rover through the ages. I also have a two tier tailor made car showroom with backing mirror which fitted perfectly inside the rear shelf and was used when I attended classic car shows. This was my personal tribute to Rover starting as The Rover Cycle Company in 1898 finishing up as MG Rover Group in 2005

On the mirror I have printed logos of most of the Marques like Riley, Wolseley, Vanden Plas, etc.

Its got all the UK and US probe paint codes and colour chips with it, also the optional extras there aervalibe for the cars.

Thanks Dave, I've been collecting things for 30+ years so, got a bit of a head start on you

I'm after a very rare MK2 Cooper S brochure which I'm missing. They are about but sell for anything up to £75 but usually are around £50 I refuse to pay that for a two page 'leaflet'

Wow £75 jesus that's just blown my beeps off. The one I'm after costs just slightly under £50 quid and of course the export rate as well.

Tell you one thing Paul your collection is impressive as anything.
