Cool

Seeing as the ball is rolling I'll gladly chip another £100 to help get "Poppy" back onto the road. Well Done Sean for getting the ball rolling and well done Ian for saving a great car from the breakers.

Thanks for the update ian and thank you bob for you very kind offer it will help. Not going to do much tonight its been a long day today and the brain is a bit slow lol. But tomorrow/monday we will have to get our heads together and work out the best way to do this. I am happy to do all the work free and If I have any of the parts needed again free. The only money that would come out of kitty is what it cost me and again all receipts would go in the service history for any one to check. I would like you the members to decide what you want to do with the car when finished. Keep or sell please you all decide. Thank you to all that have come in go save this car.

Well done to all involved with this

If it wasn't for time and money restraints caused by my own car which can be seen in my progress thread linked below I would have loved to have been involved

Me too, well done Sean,Bob,Ronnie John,Freddie and Dorset Bob, a really nice gesture and a worthy project, if only I had a spare £100 I would have liked to be involved, seeing as I helped source some of the parts for it.

Default I'm sorry

With apologies to those who tried to save it

Sorry guys but things have not worked out with the car (my fault) so I have decided to scrap it.. and save any fights on line... It was a great effort by all concerned so once again I'm sorry

I will not make any further comments about the car on the forum but please PM me if you offered to put up cash and I'll have a private chat with you about it.
Cheers Ian
