The bottom line is that any of the current crop of smartphones (probably including the Windows phones) will be more than adequate for posting on the forums. The Tapatalk app is available for both Android and iOS.
Just ensure you have a data allocation that meets your requirements, I'd say 500Mb as a minimum but more if you plan on updating whilst out & about. Cheers, Jim
