Friday, it is, the week has flown by. Looking forward to the weekend. Not looking forward to filling my lovely car with loads of rubbish & old tat which needs to be disposed of at the local dump. Where's those plastic tarps...?

cab developed an oil leak yesterday so took it to the garage , went for haircut and now i look like convict 99

.

Cab not fixed so a day off for me , if the rain stops i will go to my allotment

only viscount biccies and tea for breakie this morn IF i ever get up zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Now here's a new breakfast treat for you all - my wife has coeliac disease, which she means that if she eats anything with gluten (wheat primarily) in it, she is violently ill for 24 hours. She now follows a strict gluten free diet, but was reccommended by the dietician to have a daily intake of LINSEED - in seed form. So, its now sprinkled over HER porridge every morning.
I'm not sure what effect on her health its having, but she now sleeps on a perch and smells of a well-oiled cricket bat
