Fixed the lazy cup holder. It had to be encouraged to open. I removed the securing lug on the housing that was hindering its movement.

test fitted all the bits of the freshened up console I am rather pleased with the results thanks to Coups for the drivers side cup holder cover

stripped out the rear parcel shelf in the ZT and started to cut it for the power blind

Looking really good. Really modernises the big grey slab of the centre console.

Just swapped the OSR wheel after a puncture. Held up the traffic for a bit on a single carriageway section of the A303, so apologies to me fellow road users.

Took it easy today, service kit arrived so stripped the FBH and got the body and burner soaking over night to loosen the carbon (hardly any really) ready for scrubbing and reassembly tomorrow, car washed and hoovered out and at the same time cleaned the engine bay ready for dressing then gave the plenum a check and rodded the drain to make sure it's clear ready for Winter.

DONE: HAD A CRAZY IDEA THAT I HAD TO GET RID OF MY MG ZTT DUE TO NOT HAVING A DRIVE AND HAVING TO PARK ON A BUSY STREET WITH A VIEW TO GETTING ANOTHER ONE AT A LATER DATE WHEN I HAVE A DRIVE.

ENDED UP REALISING IT REALLY ISN'T PRACTICAL NOT HAVING A CAR TO GET AROUND AND I NOW OWN A VW EOS 3.2 V6 INDIVIDUAL (1 OF 20 REMAINING IN THE UK WITH THAT ENGINE AND TRIM COMBO) EVEN THOUGH I STILL LIVE ON A BUSY ROAD WITHOUT A DRIVE
