New passenger side wishbone and engine mount supplied by MGRDS, feels like driving a new car! Seriously considering a 160/remap now

Had a lot of trouble with main fan got fed up keep taking front of car off so relocated relay box . Easy now if relays or cicuit board go wrong in the future.

Raining here, but checked the cat repellant on the bonnet.

This was yesterday - when the sun shone and the sky was blue

Took both rear wheels off - jet washed all the arches and suspension, allowed to dry, wire brushed, kurusted, painted and then waxoyled. There was some surface rust but amazingly good for a 12 year old car. I will be setting up the waxoyl hose device I have tho and getting this all inside the suspension arms in the near future.

I used an aerosol can of waxoyl - and was very impressed. I did do as others have suggested and left it in hot water for 10 min. - this certainly seemed to increase the pressure AND make the waxoyl more liquid.

Sadly did not get round to doing the front due to lack of time but having had a good look and test when I replaced the drop-links and found nothing to worry about - I was more concerned about the rear suspension prior to another road salt laden winter.

And given the mucky weather today - I have to say I was well pleased with what was achieved yesterday. Especially as it was an absolute joy to find the bodywork/suspension etc is in such excellent nick.
