Took the immobiliser out, and replaced it with one from a car from Portugal.
Then fitted the repaired ECM, coded it first, then programmed with a 116 tune, and then the best bit I applied a real X-Power upgrade, the very first one I've officially done. Brian......XPart Technical, Technical helpdesk |

Tried to work out where my new noise is coming from - a lovely thump on drive take-up.
No wear or play in any mounts I can see - hmm....

I have rediscovered my grandfather's old White and gold B&D drill and circular saw from the '70s both still working, as well as the right angled chuck attachment (still in box!), sander and jigsaw attachments. You used to dismantle the head of the drill, and place it into the attachment. In the box, there another 2 hand drills, one with nearly no use, one of which is a B&D one.

Robbed 'C' pillar trims and battery box lid from Tony and fitted to Hengist ('01' to '03') putting the later project drive parts on back on Tony. Took the chrome door handle finishers off of Tony and cleaned them up ready to go on Moonie. Admired Hengist real walnut Dash kindly donated earlier in the week by Tony. .
And if anyone can work out why Tony is so named... send the answer on the back of a £5 note to...... Ok, ok - give yourself a pat on the back and one smug smile.
