Hi Rob, thanks for the tip. I'm not really used to this posting business, so I'll remember your advice. I was initially gauging interest at first to see if was worthwhile going ahead with the idea. At the moment if all that have said they are coming turn up it'll be a reasonable turn out.
Will advise on how it went on after my holiday which clashes with the teddybears meeting, so hope that goes well and the weather is kind to you all.
