Like these, forum names would be very good. Maybe the fuel gauge on the V8 should be removed all together or half a tank could be re labeled 60 miles of loud left etc...

Ok I'm going to be the one.

Can we get a walnut dial.

Seriously though great idea,, the one thing I love about this club and it's members, sharing ideas and bringing them to fruition.

Keep up the good work.

Would have to be both on a UK car, as I'm fairly sure that it's a legal requirement!

What is the law regarding car speedometers should they have both mph and kph or one or the other.in the uk?

There is no requirement in the UK for cars to have either or both; as long as there is a working speedometer it will passs the MOT and import regulations;

As i am an avid hater of excessive wallnut (the dash and wheel are enough and quite tasteful) you will feel my wrath by paying double if you want it...

Seriously the artwork would have to be reversed so all the markings would be in white.... not sure it would be very clear to read... will look though

Well if it's on Yahoo, it must be right then!

You might want to read the EEC Directive then!

It is/was a failure point for imported motorcycle speedo's to be marked only in kph, so I cannot see it being different in cars, come MOT time.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.
