Wasn't the best to be honest, very rainy and windy for most of the journey and a lot of slow single lane A roads to boot however the car performed flawlessly so that made things a lot better. I'm really impressed by how stable it is in those conditions, biggest problem I had was keeping my speed down!

Just found this thread again, really odd seeing it again now that she's part of the family!
Update on Tam's old tourer............running absolutely flawlessly. Now edging up towards 79k on the clock and still a pleasure to drive. Looking forward to many more miles!

Well to complete this thread the ZT is now up for sale.
Over the last 3 years it has done sterling service and I think Tam would have been happy knowing that the car he saved went on to be a much loved part of our family. She's taken us on numerous holidays and all over the country to visit our very spread out friends and family and in all that time it never missed a beat or let us down. I can honestly say that whilst I've very excited about owning my first brand new car it's also tinged with sadness at having to part with the ZT which has been one of my favourite cars.

Good luck with the sale - a lot of car for the money. I'm sure you won't have any trouble selling up.
