You've certainly brought back memories with that Royale though..what a lovely car. Mine was dare I admit it? SILVER with stunning deep red velour & lots of fake wood

I remember as a wee boy going with my dad to the vauxhall garage to pick up his Viva 1300 LX and seeing a Royale. At the time I thought it was the best car I'd ever seen. I guess that must have been around 77 or 78.

Oh yes I've had a Viva or 2 aswell I love old Vauxhalls, my Royale was a 78/79 T Reg 2.8 4Dr, bought it with a knackered engine for two hundred pounds, put another knackered engine in & then finally fitted a 3.0 injection motor from a late model Senator but that developed problems & it was parked up pending decision & my mate gave it to the scrapman

Oooh an FE Victor I had an L-Reg 1800 De-Luxe in Garnet Stramist (metalic red) & a later VX series VX2300 in Gold I really would like a 3300 estate but they'll be like hen's teeth
