) and I'm now sat watching the football with a a tub of Fire-roasted Chilli Taco Rolls - yum yum

Morning, bright but frosty here. Another bad night, I've stopped doing the exercises the physio gave me, see if that helps.

Certainly did Steve - my mate's night to drive, so he was on orange juice and I was on the cider - got to the Club at 8.10pm and left at 11.30pm.

It's a beautiful Spring like morning here - crisp and cool, but not a cloud in sight. There's still some snow left up on the hills, which old timers will tell you is a sure sign of more to come, but for now it's just great to get some sun on your back

Very lazy day for us today - no family here at all, so just the two of us for lunch - and then I'm on strict rations before tomorrow's annual blood test
