Started the car for the first time in a month, vroom first turn of the key

Let it run a while, inflated all the tyres to where they should be, oil and water checked. Pulled it back into the garage noting to get a dust sheet

Once the weather improves will get a full valet and I hope get chance to use it.

You need to invest in a pair of these - been using them for years.

Default Finally, the Plenums!

Yesterday I fitted the replacement window/wing mirror console, and after checking I can open and close all windows tried the wing mirrors.
They go up, left and right but not down.
Also the button to fold them in when parking doesn't work.
Rang the seller and am returning it asap.
But now I'm wondering about a wiring fault? So I'm off to see Trikey for a T4 on Friday. Hope this can get sorted

Today I rodded me Plenums! (never heard of them till joining this forum)

In previous attempts I'd forgotten about the three scuttle clips
Anyway I think I caught it in time. Water was up to the top of the hole, but no tide mark on the pollen filter. Which looks in good nick tbh.
Cleaned the inside of all windows with Auto Glym fast glass.

Found that the bulb socket for one of the two bulbs in my rear passenger interior light unit has failed. Looks like some evidence of melted plastic and the bulb works on one side but not the other.

On the 'problem scale' it barely registers but I'm mentioning it in case it's a common problem - gotta keep them stats up
