Pity that had to happen. It's the first POL that was cancelled we had a very wet one in 2013 very muddy. I feel sorry for the folk who traveled a long way locals like me no real problem we we kept up to date on the Internet. Let's hope today is much better and good luck if you are going to the national I hope it goes well. weather today Bright and sunny but a ground frost so wrap up well

Default Saturday

Hi Guys
Woke up to 2 inches of snow here in Dudley so abandoned any idea of reaching KFC! Did set out mid morning with the thought of catching up with you at Longbridge. My first POL. Although chaotic, brilliant to see so many MG Rovers clogging all the surrounding roads. No chance of stopping/parking so gave up the idea of finding any of you. No idea the Hopwood thing was happening.
Perhaps some sort of text alert could be set up, at least at local level?
I assume the social is still on tomorrow the 18th?

Thanks Steve

I was the last to leave from KFC and was sitting at the traffic lights waiting to join the main road and then the M6 and Steve was sitting at the other set in front of me waiting to turn down to KFC and I tried to attract his attention by using the horn and waving at him but he did not see me. (Note to myself) must get brighter coloured ZT-T.

And I could not reverse as there was another car behind me.

Tom.
