Cheers Rod, it would be lovely to meet up with Angela and yourself before the meet at The Lion. The cottage is across the road from an inn I was at the docs this morning and was told my cholesterol is too low and have to cut the statins to zero for a month, they have also affected the liver. Another reason to stop them. Can we ever win with this lol. I am just about to drive to Wiltshire to see family. Always busy these days

Afternoon all just popping in while on lunch..
Blooming freezing out side.

I took myself off statins etc and no regulate thing by my diet, which is now mainly Mediterranean and North African.. Feel much better in self and cholesterol in check.. Though my BP still a bit iffy,

It is chilly down here in London. I had better get on before I hit the 4 pm traffic. You have done well Nigel to keep the weight down and to stay away from the statins. You look a picture of health I was gob smacked when he told me my liver was not doing very well, as I hardly ever drink. He thinks it is the statins. Take care.....bye for now

Georgie back from vet
She has been prescribed anti inflammeries for a week then I have to take her back,if she do not improve she will have an x ray to check her thigh

Poor Georgie,as a treat she had a roast dinner tonight

First bowls match of the new season tonight,lets hope we get off to a good start,the team we are playing are very good and have several county players so we will be out to beat them.

That's class that Steve, we do the same with ours when they've been to the vet. Except ours have Ox heart instead of a roast dinner
