Thanks for all the advice guys, I've not gone in to work this morning as feeling lousy !
Won't be eating much today that's for sure, finding it difficult to swallow and my glands are all swollen ( neck ones that is

)

Going to go out to the chemist and get some Pavacol as mine here is out of date.
It's a very good cough syrup which has the added benefit of being sugar free so is suitable for diabetics
