I've just discovered that painting ceilings is no good at all for an arthritic shoulder
 Now my right hand side feels like it's on fire and I can't take anymore painkillers for another 2 hours

You have my sympathy Tony, I've had my arm in positions it didn't like working under the seats again.
Don't be tempted to get one of those rollers on an extending pole, I did a while ago, tried to use it once! Its the most unwieldy, useless thing going. |
