There's a certain rather important football match at Wembley this afternoon -the Canaries from Steve's Norwich v. the Boro from down the road to me. Incentive for the winners - around £140,000,000
The losers get another season in the Championship - and the gate money from today's match.
Best of luck to both teams - but just a fraction MORE luck for the Boro - unfortunately only one team can win

Morning Rod,

Run yourself a nice hot bath and take a long soak, that will relax the aching muscles

Good luck to you and Steve with the game this afternoon, may the best team win

Strange silence hits Norwich.

For the last two days the city has been awash with thousands of people with some roads shut of because of the radio one live music show.
Today thousands have left the city on there way to Wembley.
