Morning all - new cooker delivery day today - just waiting for the competent person to arrive to disconnect the old one - and then the same competent person will have to come back again later to connect up the new one

Nicce bright suny day here - warm without being humid, and a gentle breeze to keep you fresh.

Oh hang on - the competent electrical person has just arrived ........ ttfn

I missed out on the interview dilemma Freddie, sorry about that Freddie. I had to stop taking the pain killers so that I can drive. I have been busy the past few days video-editing and getting frustrated by the low internet speeds I am getting for doing the uploads. I had to drive someone to court yesterday. But today I am taking it easy

I saw Ronnie's comment about folks not using 'Multi-quote'

Thanks Phil, we have to 'phone the hospital after 11 this morning to confirm there is a bed then we have to hope that the operation is actually carried out as she is last on the list for Friday, although the surgeon wasn't expecting complications with the earlier ones. There again, you rarely do, do you?

How are things with you anyway?

Guilty as charged, however in my defence, it was late and I had a lot on my mind

Good morning Rod we have that horrible drizzle rain down here the type that maks one wetter than a heavy downpour

Morning all!

Despite the forecast we have a wet and cloudy morning but it looks as though it may clear

I'm not impressed by the new kitchen staff, they would be more suited in another role, somewhere without dangerous electrical appliances, on the first floor perhaps?

Tony, no it isn't just you. I can smell fish or is it a moron?

Very unkind to use the words Yodel, Smash, Office and Box in the same post I thought

In the time taken to type this the sky is definitely getting brighter

Good Morning Derek and Lilian, it's splitting the rocks here at the moment, so you can keep your rain.

How is Lilian this morning?
