News Flash! Doc phoned, bin the new painkiller (gabapentin) and go back to the tramadol. Suits me, two tramadol at night gave reasonable pain relief. I dare say had I been able to go to the full dose of gabapentin it might have been great but I couldn't handle the eyewatering headache.
