My wife took the 75 in to her work to have the lower arms changed today as they were well and truly goosed, as soon as they were done she phoned to say the car has been transformed, really quiet over bumpy road surfaces now.
No knocking etc: really pleased with the result.
The tech who did the work said the items he removed were the originals and the rubber in one side had all but disappeared! so I suppose they had done well to make it to 60,000 mls, another job to tick off of the list.

gave the ZT a good wash as it was looking rather grubby from all the salt on the road, gave it a wash off under the arches as well - need to get them done with rust protection. Bit cold to polish it properly so a quick go over with Demon shine comes up ok.

Fitted my newly purchased boot mounted warning triangle.

This morning I drove with the classy Rover 75, when the snow hit the road.

I had my seat heater on and the wipes. No problem. All secure and safely.

What a car!!! I was sad when I arrived at work.

popped the car into the local garage to get them to have a look at the knocking from underneath since fitted the replacement catalytic convertor. Just needed a tweak of the exhaust and one of the cross-members but seems to have cured it.

I'll have a proper look when I can get it on the four post lifts when it will also allow me to rust wax it.
