Not what you want to hear on new years day .

But i am roundly sick of some of the goings on in this forum.

Weeks and weeks of claims and counter claims about this that and the other.

Results seemingly reached only to be blown out of the water.

Subterfuge and trickery abound .

It would make a good farce if it wasnt so serious.

And what is at the heart of it ???

Bluddy GREED at the end of the day.

" YES HE DID" "oh no he didnt" " it was him" " oh know it wasnt"

I find the whole thing sickening.

It appears the only place where honesty can be found is right here in The LCOZ and the social forum more widely.

Iv,e found all this most upsetting.

I agree Geroge, but there is nothing like grecian 2000 to fill in the grey areas. Money and greed are the root of all evil. Nothing will ever change that, we just have to try and dodge the greed bullets.

The person buying the VT4 emulator, needs to own a legal copy of the T4 RDS Software. Which can be purchased on its own, from the developers of the T4. They need a mid range dual core laptop running windows XP and £150 to give to Phil.

The only copy write infringement that has taken place, has been against Phil and the VT4. in particular the beta version which has bugs in it. Which was pirated by the person named by Phil. The result of what that individual did, caused Phil to withdraw from further cooperation within the T4 Circle. Not surprising really.

I hope that clears up, who has committed copy write theft. Phil is a self employed electro mechanical engineer and developer, he owns the soul rights to the VT4. He designed it, he developed it.

It does not come anymore simple than that.
Good evening Anthony, a happy new year to Maricel and your good self. I didn't know Phils work had been pirated. That is quite an eye opener and disappointing to hear that it has happened to him. I hope this gets sorted without too many tears. Thank you for explaining everything.

Phil announced it here in post 98 http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...234003&page=10

Although I have known about this for a very long time, I have kept stum until now because of the respect I have for Phil.

Morning all, it's a bit chilly up here today. Looks like it's going to heave it down as well, lucky for me I don't need to leave the house
