I read about this this morning. Anyone know the back story. Seems like an old garage of some sort.

Interesting read

Yes, area code on the oil filter bin is Liverpool. Be interesting to see, but surely whoever owns it could get those cars out and salvage some parts?

*edit* a little bit of looking around and I'm guessing this is Dingle tunnel, which collapsed a few years ago... https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-englan...yside-19368403

Been known about for years on the urban exploring forums:

The Welsh mine that contains the 70's cars seems more appealing to me though.

I have been down there many years ago and bought some secondhand spares for the allegro I had at the time,it is part of Liverpool overhead railway that closed many years ago also known as the dockers umbrella.

Cheers mate. I do like that website. If I was younger that's the sort of thing I would love to do. Now it's just watching abandoned engineering and reading urban explorer websites
