Default synchronization mems 3 and ews

Good day. please tell me, I have 75 1.8L non turbo rover in Russia. and we have a bad situation with servicing these machines. by what means can synchronization of the engine control unit and immobilizer be made? What software can this, or which adapter?
(Of course, apart from Testbook t4 - since I won’t find it in the next 400 km) I will be very happy for your help!

What are you trying to achieve?

A second hand MEMS unit cannot be paired with an EWS, in fact all of the ECM types once paired with an EWS cannot be paired with another EWS.

If you are replacing a defective MEMS unit with a second hand one, the 93C66 EEProm can be removed from the original unit and fitted to the replacement, meaning the rolling code is the same as the one expected by both the EWS and MEMS.

Hope this helps

I am not trying to change blocks (ews, ecu), I have lost the synchronization of these blocks. the car starts and immediately stalls. I can read dumps ews and 93cc66. how to do synchronization? I know that you can write three dumps ews, 93cc66, 29f200 from the donor and it will work. bmw just does synchronization in inpa, a couple of button presses

Yes, T4 does the same as INPA, in fact it is also based on EDIABAS

No shortcuts I'm afraid it needs to be done using T4.

If you're removing the EWS3, you will need a TS30 pentalobe torx plus.

Which reminds me, I wonder whether Reebs has managed to remove the EWS from OVP yet?

I've the replacement EWS lined up Paul
