Are these not included in the kit supplied from DGMRS? If not how do I know what can be re-used and what should be replaced? I’m not doing the work so I have to trust the expertise of my mechanic. If there is anything else that I need extra to the kit I have ordered please advise me.
Thanks
Sean

There's a drop down menu when ordering the kit the allows you to add the bolts, two at a time.

The bolts aren't included in the standard kit. If your mechanic is using the proper locking tools, you'll need new bolts. If he's doing it via the paint mark method, I believe these bolts are left alone and therefore don't require replacement, but I'm not 100% on that because I've never changed the belt this way.

Edit: thinking about it, I can't see how you could replace the two mini belts without undoing at least one camshaft sprocket bolt on each bank.

I asked if anything else was needed other than the items ordered and he said not. I’ll make sure on Monday about the bolts.

Just had a call from Tony, the mechanic who's been sorting out my car. Everything is done and it's business as usual with the whisper quiet KV6

Looking forward to collecting later and more importantly using it more.

Thanks to everyone for their help and to DGMRS for the speedy delivery of the parts.
