Then in October we could be in South Africa to start a new building project converting a farm store into a 4 bedroom apartment for the family. Those plans depend on how my scans go in London and if I need to stay on for treatment/surgery or not. It's been like that for the past 10 years Richard. I envy your stability not having to fly around every few months. I used to love flying, not any more. Thank you for asking
I am sure you know who will get LJW prepared and MOT,d for you that will save you a trip.

Thank you Julien, since the last elections, we had some new neighbours move into our estate. Namely, the Argentinians and because of them the security has been beefed up with a crash barrier and sentry.

The secret police bought one of the houses which they use as a base and it is heavily fortified. Across the road from them is a a new police post. Then along from them is an army general and he has soldiers guarding his residence.

We weren't very happy having the police post being so close to us, as they lower the tone of the neighbourhood with their drunkeness and hookers visiting them at night.

We recently upgraded the security lights around the house to LED floodlights and we have 3 guards on duty at night with dogs. We are looking for a 4th. As a back up, there is a 'bunker safe room' on the property to repel earth tremors and baddies.

We were talking about it today and we think that we are not close enough to the city for the rioters/looters to bother us. On Election Day, everything is closed including all of the schools and universities. We should be okay.

Move back to London Phil, you won't need that there. Oh wait a minute... BTW have you heard from Ed lately? I must send him an email, see how he is.

Good morning Richard, there is always that option, in case it all goes wrong. On the plus side, the weather is nice. 8 months of the year it's sunny and warm, there is lots of wildlife and the sea is like getting into a bath. I chatted with Ed yesterday
