First of all go to car settings in the menu, select navigation and see what filepath it is pointing too, if not IGO check to see if it is one of the options and if so select it and you should be ok.

If IGO is not an option you need to reinstall it on the units internal memory

Go to the app screen and select ES Explorer, put the sat nav card in its slot and you can download from the card onto the internal memory it only takes a short while.

Now go back to the car settings in the menu and choose navigation and IGO should now appear as an option to choose and thats it

I have tried following your instructions but unfortunatelly although I have a good Igo card in the satnav slot there is no mention anywhere of Igo in any of the various menus.

Where do I go from here please?

Many thanks
Tom.

For some reason my unit has gone Chinese!

Playing cds and the disc info is English but everything else is in Chinese, can anybody tell me how to get it back to English?

Thanks. Steve.

Nor mine

Mine has the Rover Start up logo - but it would be good to have the MG one as I have a ZT-T

Have tried 9999 and a few others people have suggested but no joy.

Any suggestions?

Hi Jeff - no we haven’t

Really would like the MG logo if poss

I wonder if a factory reset would solve this issue? Or could it cause more issues elsewhere?
