Morning everyone, The British Lion's will be starting in an hours time . I've had brecky, put a load of washing on, so it's feet up and chill (Caroline) is at work .

Breaking news today starting to go on a diet

After last months full body check have gone from over weight to obese on the BMI scale.

The scan showed that my spine is going into an S shape sideways there for Iam getting shorter .

At the moment weigh 14 stone 5lb.
Will see how I get on.
