As far as we know, it has never been out of Rover ownership, It was used at Cowley and at Longbridge as a staff runaround and then at Longbridge in its latter days as an on-site Ambulance car.
The MG badges and trim were added after SAIC (MG Motors UK) took possession and had to re-brand everything, since TATA own the Rover name. Didn't check the mileage though. Andrew
