![]() I am trying to remove part of the external door handle for a member but am stuck.
Towards the door edge/left of the actual handle is a chrome plastic? shroud. I understand that inside the door a small clip needs to be slid towards the back of the car to release this shroud. Do I need to have the window down to be able to see and access this clip? thank you macafee2 |

If you are referring to the chrome thumb part of the outside handle then the window needs to be removed to gain access to the spring. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
