Potential oil leak
If you look around the spark plug area there seems to be an oil leak. But when I check the oil always at max.
Your thoughts and ideas greatly appreciated. Many thanks Chris. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk

It's directly below the oil filler cap , so perhaps some oil was spilt sometime in the past during an oil refill or top-up ?

I had the same symptoms just before I had my piper cams fitted so thought it must be a gasket issue. It has been clean and dry for a few months now, must be and old car thing will keep an eye on it.

It might have taken a while to get like that. Best bet is to clean it off with some GUNK and then keep a close watch on it to see where it's coming from.---
