Default ARB's for tourer front

Whilst on the subject of knocks and rattles I was hoping that the awful clunk on some bumps might be down to worn bushes on the sway bar. Any ideas how I can get these on without having to lower the subframe etc. I don't have access to the lifts since we moved, well Southampton is a bit of a way to fix a car now... ;-p

dropping the rear of the subframe even an inch improves access a lot... I have done it without but a real pain and a NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD- to tighten properly...

Is that access or ease of fitting? Whilst doing the front brakes I was tempted to go for it. WD40 lots of and a stubby might have worked but after reading your post I really didn't want to remove something I couldn't replace there and then.

I have one of MAtts to replace the powerflex one thats there, another on the list to do. But since he Arctic told me I don't need to support the engine when it stops raining I'll put mats down, squeeze under and refit. Can I get away with reaching in and sliding on? Since it clunks I'm positing a guess that if I disconnect the droplink and unscrew the bracket using a stubby I may be able to reach; tested this when I refit the brake discs.
