Default Practical Classics

Just thought I'd draw members attention to a big spread about all the different MG' s available best buys etc in the current magazine. Some really nice pictures too if anyone's interested.

An interesting read but falls short in not mentioning the TwoSixties and the excellent work Dreadnought did with supercharging

I don't buy these mags anymore, as they have become too expensive here.
But what i can say is, grab an MGF or maybe even a TF while they are cheap as chips.
I have never had so much fun for so little money. They are superb small sports cars, and in my view the most smiles per miles around!

I never even tried one for years, thinking hair dressers and their likes.

Big mistake.

Fun, frugal, easy to live with and simple enough to fix.

Just go and try one.

For anyone interested in classic car magazines, have you tried "Readly" ? My eldest son got it for me for my birthday, loads of magazines online, and back issues as well.
Lots of other types of magazine too.

I have just done the same, bought two TF's and last week two MGF's, one with only 43,000 mile on the clock!

I had forgotten how good they are.

I’ve stopped buying all these magazines as they forever repeat themselves with the same or similar articles.
As for my TF I’m enjoying it immensely but I’m even more surprised it’s the first mid engine car I’ve ever bought.
