I would look at the pump - it may be running but faulty and not able to deliver the required bars to deliver . Is there also an in tank filter that can get blocked?

And failing that - i would revisit the fuel filter again - i know you have fitted a FOC but you have the symptoms of fuel filter syndrome. -that is pump priming but no fuel being delivered.

Also as T-Cut (a site guru) states
"Repositioning the filter module into the tank port needs care and has to be done correctly or the seal will either not tighten down or it will leak fuel" I am sure there will be a How To on the site.

This How To - - https://the75andztclub.co.uk/forum/s...ead.php?t=9108
- - shows replacement of the filter element and the o-rings. The image of the fitted FOC (Fabled Orange Clip) by Lates is now missing, but there are other photos around if needed. If the large module/tank seal isn't done correctly, fuel will leak from the tank port. This isn't FFS and won't prevent the engine from starting. It's the thin seal on the module cap that must be done correctly. If the module has been opened up to check the filter element, I'd strongly suggest renewing this seal. When I had FFS, I simply fitted the clip after examining the element and it still ouldn't start. The cap seal is the weakest link and must be perfect or the orange clip will solve nothing. TC |

Brian,
With the help of an assistant to operate the starter motor, listen (or check using a multimeter) that the fuel pump runs continuously during cranking and report back please. Simon

Try applying 12v direct to the connector on the fuel tank. I suggest a separate battery and make sure you dont connect it to the sender unit, I am sure there is a pin out diagram somewhere. If the pump runs and you have pressure you can eliminate that. If no pressure you know where the problem is.
If this works you might have a broken wire, bad earth, faulty relay or even the cut out switch might be faulty. |

Here's T-Cut's unchained image:
You need to identify which pins the white/purple (plus) and black (minus) go to, either 2 or 5 in the diagram. Apply power and the pump should run, will the car now start? Regards |
