Its not silly o clock Tony,its the best time of the day,you cannot beat early mornings,I had 40 years of them at work.

I agree Steve. It is the best part of the day especially in the summer months when the sun is shining and the birds are singing. However winter is a different kettle of fish altogether.

Winter mornings are lovely,crisp underfoot and wrapped up well,clears the cobwebs.

I have been retired for 7 years and after getting up early working for Royal Mail I have never been able to change my body clock.

If I wake up late,I think its the end of the world,I just love it,me and Georgie out there and not another soul in sight,sheer bliss.

The other side is I do go to bed early around 9.30- 10.00
