I have owned the P6 in 2000sc, 2000tc, 2200tc and 3500 forms. Needless to say I wish I had just kept one of them......anyone of them!

I used to have a 2000sc and even the people at work that hate rovers used to say that car looks cool. Also when I was taking photos of the car a police man in his marked up 4x4 came along side then asked if it was my car! He thought I was to young to be into classic cars. He had a good look round the car saying his dad used to have one when he was younger. The only thing I couldn't get used to was the fact mine said it had a quarter of a tank of petrol but then conked out tried the fuel switch but didn't work gutted had to get my dad to pick up some petrol
for me.

I have a soft spot for these,my late Father had a lovely City Grey 1965 2000,then a Zircon Blue 2000TC and just a few years before he died he bought a new 3500S in Monza Red.........a stunning car,the really sad part....he part exchanged it for a Chrysler 180 a few months before he passed away, needless to say ,otherwise I would still be driving it now.Considering when they came out Spen King gave Rover an incredibly stylish car. It was just like this...methinks the salesman kept it for himself
