Blue smoke coming out of exhaust

HI is there any member near Bisley Woking who knows the1,8 engine turbo to have a look at it, as it`s pumping out blue smoke out of the excaust. IT`S a Rover 75 Contempary se, 05 plate.

It's more likely than not that the turbocharger has bought the farm, Beech Hill Garage Reading perhaps?
