Are these cars worth...?
As there have been quite a few threads recently regarding selling/breaking/scrapping/disposing of our cars, replacing them with French (!) ones (???)
AND asking if our cars are worth keeping/repairing/paying to maintain, I just wanted to say, with regard to keeping our car, a resounding YES they ARE worth keeping. Sunshine this morning, fired up The Raptor, doing the school run for the oldest daughter and her best friend. Windows down, lovely V6 roar, Road to Hell blasting out of the stereo (take that you Corsa 'drum 'n' bass t****rs). BIGGEST. GRIN. EVER. Worst bit? She needs a good wash - that resin **** from the trees really messes up the paint! Best bit? I get to take her for a good wash!

So... Does anyone else have an uplifting story of 75/ZT ownership to share? In other news, just one of the reasons we bought and love our ZT was (and is) to stand out from the crowd. And she does. With the shocking decline in their numbers I think we're going to stand out even more... Anyone got an opinion?

Well I've only had mine a fortnight, I'm besotted. It's got a few niggles but I'm enjoying getting it perfect. It just feels special whilst being a ****** good all rounder. It's so easy to work on too!

Mine has had issues since just after i bought it. Suppose it's my fault due to not looking into it properly and needing a car so I bought it in a hurry and been paying for it since.
I still love the look of it though, I wonder if my bank manager can let me off a couple of months mortgage to sort it's problems out |

three months in and loving my router. Just transported the family on a weeks holiday loaded to the rafters with stuff.
If I had the space to store them I would try and preserve another couple of ZT's. My missus loves it too and wants to sell the merc and buy one. Only issue is anxiety over availability of parts specific to router,am thinking of starting a parts inventory in my garden shed |
