All i can say is - i have a spare fuel tank strap in anticipation of the original needing replacing - on making enquiries with a garage they advised can you ensure the tank is nearly empty of fuel as this will make the job easier - the actual tank strap itself i think any decent blacksmith/fabricator could make one up saying that they do come up occasionally on e-bay.

As to the rear screen - i had a local car glass company replace the existing screen ( heater elements all shot) with a screen with working elements - seemed only to take about 30-35 minutes tops.

Make the straps, they are not difficult, just a plain strip of steel.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.

Not quite they are two straps centrally joined by a curved piece over the handbrake cables. Just had mine replaced
