So you have a log book from a 1961 Cooper and a 1980s mini to put it on? Slightly more than a 'reshell' there then, just plain fraudulent you have to reuse a certain amount of original parts for it to be a legitimate resell, I don't think a Mk1 badge and hinges will fool the dvla! (You cant fit mk1 hinges to a mk3 or later shell by the way because the doors and a panels are totally different, you can however get fake stick on hinges.....)

So you've welded a full front end onto that car?

Sorry Thomas if that's the case and the welding is as bad as that in the pictures it won't be long till the front falls off & I can't see it passing an MOT like that it's dangerous.

It's good your wanting to learn to weld etc but do it on scraps not on structural parts of a car there is night classes at college etc to learn at as well.

Are you going to register this mini as NAS 707?

I have a lot of stuff off nas707 before it was scraped the mini won't just fall apart it's not fraud if I am swapping parts over e.g. Subframe rear panel interior roof rack

I do know how the mini works you can weld the mk1 side panels to make it a mk1 as then you need the mk1 doors
