Range Rover Question

Two questions if I may to members who may know.
Which models of Range Rover have the ONE peice tailgate?
I'm talking about the like on our 75 tourer's NOT the one with a drop down bit at the bottom.
Body parts.
Rimmer's do panels for our cars but don't have any for Range Rovers.
Where do people get new penels from?

I should imagine Land Rover will supply panels from their CDC in Desford.

This was once one operation for Rover and Landrover spares distibution, however XPart moved out of the Desford site to the new location in Hinckley some years ago.

This was due to Caterpillar Logistics divesting, the Rover side of spares distribution to Neovia Logistics, Xpart having further been sold to Leacy Classics, still operate from the same building as Neovia Logistics.

So down to the main dealer for new body part spares

My rangerover evoque has a one piece tailgate.

All traditional "big" Range Rovers have the split tailgate, its a feature thats been there from the start from "Classic" through P38, L322 and latest L405,
I believe the 2 models of Range Rover Sport have a one piece tailgate, as does Evoque as mentioned above.

I prefer the Sport style body and don't like the Evoque sloping roof. I see Sports with two peice tailgates, is there a name for a Sport with a one peice tailgate?

I didn’t think they did a rangerover sport with a two piece tailgate might be wrong though.

Range Rover Sport, Evogue and new discovery all have one piece tailgates. Split Tails are only for the realms of the full fat Range Rovers so one can sit and watch the gee gees whilst supping some Bolingers. Spares are readily avaliable from many of the well known 4x4 suppliers, dealerships and second hand spares from flee bay and scrappers.

I have a range rover sport with split tailgate, maybe the newer ones have one

if I were u I would go on "1st choice spares" and fill in what u want and they contact breakers all over the country and that way you may get the colour u want, the breakers will email u with what they have and price, main dealers r too rich 4 me
