Well there's interesting, I noticed the car was quieter than usual, checked and the fan appears to have stopped working
Pressed demist and it didn't start up Perhaps the growl was the fan conking out? The aircon is usually on econ after the noise but turning econ mode off the aircon did make its whooping noise
