The trouble is Climate litigation is BOOMING & these activist & their organisations are successfully winning 'Green Lawsuits' court cases against corporations & governments all over the world.
Governments are legally bound to reduce fossil fuel emissions & these people know it. https://airqualitynews.com/2022/04/1...ract-law-boom/

That doesn't really indicate anything materially useful nor deserve approval or disapproval from others. I went and filled up 3 off 5L cans yesterday and saw a few people looking at me with disapproval whilst they squeezed every last drop possible into their cars. Of course what they don't know is that I have not put fuel in any of the cars for about 6 weeks and have a lawn to cut which uses over 10 litres plus there is some brushcutting to be done to prepare the sheepfield for this year's lambs.

I've spoken to gerdening and land manintenance contractors in the past and during fuel 'shortges' they do exactly what you describe (legally as described at the link). A contractor when filling up his 15L or 20L Jerry can after a day's work does not want to find that he and his crew are unable to work for the rest of the week because the local fuel pumps are empty.

Seems they are gluing themselves to people's cars now:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-61133235 Not quite sure what my reaction would be if they attached themselves to mine? |
