Last week driving around Gloucester. It was the 1.8 with plastic wheel trims in that metallic orangey-brown that could probably hide a multitude of rust!

Still looking at my Rover 600 every day. One of the best cars Rover ever made in my opinion. Now it is 27 years old and not a spot of rust from factory. I do enjoy driving it.

Saw one in Colchester hospital car park last night. Can't say i've ever seen one before or never noticed one anyway

I’ve only seen one in the last few years!

On a drive in Helpston, Cambridgeshire. That was last summer.

As far as I know, they never had an enthusiast's club or following. Going to Rover-themed regional events there always seems to be a club section for just about any mainstream Rover model ever produced, except the 600. I drove a couple back in the nineties, I didn't think they were quite the BMW killers they were touted to be at the time, but well made and nice to drive. Maybe it's the Honda connection - the Acclaim is a forgotten car too, for example.

Very rare now, saw one a week ago and that was the first for 6months? Had two, both autos and nice cars to drive, nice motorway driver. One was Caribbean Blue and the other was White Gold and the last really suited the lines and styling. Some colours work others not so. Never had any problems, just serviced. The Gdsi were popular in France. Chris S.

I bought a 620i the other week to replace my facelift 75, which I’ve sold to a chap who lives round the corner from me. It’s absolutely lovely to drive and only 47,000 miles from new. The gearbox is taking a bit of getting used to though as before I bought this I’d not driven a manual for about a year!
