Reuters is saying BoJo wants to bring back pounds and ounces. There must be something afoot. I would think with the current situation he will be fully occupied trying to fight off wannanbe successors.

I think it's brilliant, Imperial measurement are more relatable and less clinical - I say this as somebody who was only ever taught metric. I think they can certainly co-exist, besides the fact that we invented Imperial in the first place so if anybody should use it, it should be we.



I also have always wanted the crown to return to pint glasses and it's nice to see the fruits of Brexit being borne at last.

Taught Metric but wants IU - it would be a reasonable assumption that you were not very good at learning!
