Question ULEZ HELP anyone?

Hi All,

My youngest son was give 2 tickets to Wimbledon, yesterday. He works for a charity and they were given a few pairs of tickets and he lucky in the draw.

He drove down via M11/M25 then after Heathrow took the A30(?) in.
However coming home he just followed his satnav which took him to the A406/M11. I am concerned that he went through the ULEZ, but can find no way of checking online!
I don't know his exact route, so looking at the ULEZ map is no help

Anyone know how I can check for him?

If he stuck to the A406 and M11, there will be no ULEZ charge. ULEZ is inside the A406.

Thanks Maninder.

Unfortunately I don't know his route. If he went via the A205 West to the A406 he should be fine. However if he went East on the A205 then he could be in the poo!

Unfortunately neither of us know

I've found a phone number, so will give them a call this morning.

Just spoke with TFL.

There is NO way for a member of the public to check if they have entered the ULEZ and need to pay the charge.

There is NO way for TFL Staff to check if you have entered the ULEZ and need to pay the charge.

Only enforcement have this information.

The result for my son is a choice of:
Pay the charge (£15)
Gamble he didn't enter the zone, however this could result in a £80 PCN.

Location history on his phone might show where he's been.

I think this post proves the farcical nature of this Zone in particular, and many others as well. I simply will not drive in London any more as a protest, but I know that I am cutting my nose off to spite my face.

What Euro engine standard? My X-Type V6 is o.k. as is my v8 260.

They might play it the same way as the Dartford Toll. You get a warning the first time you transgress & just pay the charge retrospectively. The next time you pay the fine.
I don't know though.

Thanks for all your comments.
My son has paid the charge, he didn't want to gamble the £80.
