Fixed (he says hopefully) passenger side sunroof drain hose on my 2004 Tourer. Carpets still a bit damp but vastly improved.

Shifted the ZT/TF onto a neighbours drive for a couple of days so ITV can do some filming at our house...

Finally sorted out the airbag light. Loose wire under the seat! Low hanging fruit, but it’s always nice to have a win.

Tried to find some more backstory for the Tank. According to the old dealer plates it once spent time in Northern Ireland, hence the OJZ number plate.

Does that mean I'm driving it illegally? I registered the plate when applying for a new logbook as I assumed it was a private one.

Replaced the NSR wheel bearing and cleaned up the backplate. ABS had been coming on every now and again. Speedometer registered fine, and the cruise worked so had to be one of the rears. Did the offside a few months back so it could only be the NSR.

Adjusted the rear shoes whilst it was up in the air - easy enough job.

Weirdly, I have the exact same issue with the ABS coming on intermittently. Only yesterday did I check what factors may be involved in locating which sensor or bearing was culpable, and reached the NSR diagnosis accordingly.

As a matter of interest, why did you change the bearing and not the sensor?

Dougie.
