2.0 V6 Fuel Pressure Regulator
Anyone know where I can find one, (without buying the whole rail), or if the 1.8 or 2.5 one will work?

The 1.8 engine used an in-tank regulator Drew so that's a non-starter.
The KV6 (both 2.0 and 2.5 litres) have the same fuel pressure so I would expect the regulator to be the same. According to Rimmer's diagram it is part of the fuel rail and not shown as available separately. Simon
