That’s the price you need to pay for an 8,000 mile TF that was one of the last to be registered. Trophy Cars are the biggest UK seller of f’s and TF’s due to the amount of cars they hold in stock, mine was bought there. The one listed is a very late Chinese built car after the run of 500 LE’s so is about the ‘newest’ you are going to get. I was looking at 500 LE’s as I do like a numbered car but the general opinion I was given was that although the LE500’s are a better spec having air con, hard top etc the build quality and paint wasn’t as good as the MGR products. I was also told hey have their own diagnostic protocol needing T5, a fact I was later told to be untrue and you can get T4 to communicate
Nice car though

The former MGR garage that keeps my 75 going said the only LEs they see arrive on the back of trailers. They are not fans.

How do you get a T4 to talk to it? They mentioned that as one of the problems.

I was told that if you use a chassis number from a Longbridge car it will allow access. I’ve not tried it but it was from a very reliable source

My Launch diagnostic Pro3S has all the Chinese and Asian software on. I choose not to update the software when prompted as I didnt think I would need it but its there if anyone needs a scan. In fact I did scan a imported Chinese pick up a few months ago it it workedfine.
