Default Yes Yes Yes

As I am on a ship, my wife took our car for its mot. This is the first mot under our ownership with no advisory. A lot of money spent but worth every penny. One step forward let's keep moving forward to get my car in the best condition I can.

Sounds like you use a decent garage. At the risk of being called a sexist a woman turning up at an unscrupulous garage for any reason will set pound signs ringing...... unless she's wearing a pair of greasy overalls with an adjustable spanner hanging out the pocket.

Sadly this is true, not just with garages but with most things mechanical, they assume the female is an easy target to earn lots of money.

Well done on the pass!

I hate taking the cars for test, even though I'm pretty sure there isn't much wrong with them. It's always a relief.

Mine is going in on Tuesday

The garage knows us, they treat ladies with respect. I have never heard of them try that on. You would mostly know more about mechanical things than me.
